A Complete Therapeutic Immersion
Our Sardinia intensives create a therapeutic setting where depth work can unfold in ways that are rarely possible in ordinary life. Over the course of several days, participants move through a structured sequence of:
Depth-oriented psychotherapeutic sessions
Art-based processes that access symbolic and unconscious material
Embodied movement and somatic exploration
Group process held with clinical clarity and emotional containment
Individual reflection supported by facilitators
Each day engages the psyche on multiple levels—cognitive, emotional, imaginal, and embodied—producing a therapeutic arc that is both rigorous and spacious.

Why a Residential Format?
Psychological intensives require time, containment, and environment.
A residential setting allows participants to:
Stay deeply engaged with their inner process
Move beyond the limits of talk-based work
Access unconscious material with fewer defences
Integrate insights without external interruptions
Experience a level of psychological depth that cannot be reached in short sessions
Allow the psyche to unfold in its own rhythm
By taking care of all practical details—meals, accommodation, and structure—we create a container where your energy can be devoted entirely to the therapeutic journey.
The Landscape as Holding
Sardinia’s natural environment supports this work without becoming a metaphor or aesthetic backdrop. The landscape offers a quiet, stable presence that allows participants to settle, deepen, and turn inward.
The setting provides:
Physical distance from habitual pressures
A sense of groundedness and orientation
A subtle backdrop for symbolic and imaginal work
A rhythm that supports emotional descent and integration
The land holds the edges while the therapeutic structure supports the depth.

"In cosa chi non connoshes lea consizu."
Ask for guidance when you're unsure, Sardinian saying.

Authentic Traditional Food
Sardinian cuisine is a sacred expression of earth and tradition—cheese, grains, and herbs shaped by sun and time. To eat mindfully here is to partake in an ancient ritual, honouring the cycle of life. Each bite becomes a prayer, a return to simplicity, presence, and the wisdom of the ancestors.

Pre and Post Intensive Support
We offer this support to ensure a safe, held space where trust and transformation can unfold.

Pre-intensive support
Once you secure your place on the journey, you’ll be gently welcomed with a one-on-one session with a facilitator called The Pathway Conversation. This exchange allows us to truly see you, creating a safe and aligned circle for all. It’s the first step in grounding your path and opening the gateway within.
Post-intensive support
The journey doesn’t end as you leave. One and two months after the intensive, we’ll gather again in a virtual circle—two Zoom sessions to reflect, reconnect, and weave the wisdom of your experience more deeply into your life’s tapestry.
Discovery call
A discovery call is a fundamental first step—a space to share your intentions, hopes, and questions to ensure that this journey resonates with your heart and soul before you commit.

6.Health and Wellness Policy
At our retreats, we prioritise the well-being of all participants while cultivating a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. We trust in everyone’s responsibility to help maintain a safe, mindful space. Below is our approach to health and wellness before and during the event.
Before the Intensive
If you are feeling unwell before travel (e.g., fever, persistent cough, body aches, or symptoms of a contagious illness), we kindly ask that you stay home to protect the group’s health. We simply ask you to act responsibly before travelling.
If illness prevents you from attending, we will do our best to transfer your payment to a future intensive, only if we can find a replacement for your spot. If not, your payment is non-transferable.
During the Intensive
If you begin feeling unwell, please rest, stay hydrated, and inform a member of our team so we can support you. This is where your travel insurance is very important.
Respect & Responsibility
This event is rooted in respect and collective care. Please be considerate of others, especially those who may have heightened health sensitivities.
We welcome open communication—if you have any concerns about your own well-being or someone else’s, please don’t hesitate to speak with our team.
This policy is grounded in trust, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to creating a positive, inclusive eventexperience. Thank you for contributing to a mindful and healthy environment for all.
